A lot of people who rent are afraid they will not qualify to purchase a property. Therefore, they simply do not try out of FEAR! It's that toxic mix of fear and procrastination that keep you from reaching your goals. (I have been there myself!) Even if you are NOT currently ready to purchase, you can get on a path to success right away! You need to lay all of your cards on the table so that you can see what you truly have and what your next move should be.
